Andness directedness for operators of the OWA and WOWA families

Andness directed aggregation is about selecting aggregators from a desired andness level. In this paper we consider operators of the OWA and WOWA families: aggregation functions that permit us to represent some degree of compensation of the input values. In addition to compensation, WOWA permits us to represent importance (weights) of the input values. Selection of appropriate parameters given an andness level will be based on families of fuzzy quantifiers.? 2020 The Author. Published by Elsevier B.V.
