Inequalities for λ-additive measures based on the application of the general Poincare formula for λ-additive measures

In this study, we will present novel characteristic inequalities that are connected with the lambda-additive-, belief- and plausibility measures. These inequalities, which are based on the application of the general Poincare formula for lambda-additive measures, may be viewed as new criteria for the belief- and plausibility measures when they are lambda-additive measures as well. Also, we will explain how these inequalities can be applied to the so-called nu-additive measures, which are alternatively parameterized lambda-additive measures, and present an application related to rough sets.
