When Refco Inc. and 23 unregulated subsidiaries filed for bankruptcy in October, tens of thousands of trading accounts were frozen. Since then account holders have had to jockey for position with other "creditors" in bankruptcy court to get back the funds they deposited in trading accounts; all of them are wondering if they will ever see their money again.
