Francoise Guillaume was appointed global chief operating officer and deputy CEO at Newedge. Guillaume joins from Societe Generate where she most recently was chief financial officer for SG Group Management Resources. "I'm looking forward to helping us deliver solutions to our clients and maintaining our competitive advantage through flawless execution in our support and control teams," she says. Guillaume is based in Paris and also will participate as a member of the Newedge executive committee. Gary Morsches was named head of global energy business at CME Group. Morsches most recently worked as partner and managing director for Boston Consulting Group.
