摘要

The causes of diameter variations of the crystal being grown by Kyropolous method have been considered at the initial stage of longitudinal crystla growth with automated amss control of the crystallizing melt. It has been shown thawt when crystals over 300 mm diameter are grown, the local changes of the fr4ont shape are the main cuas eof considerable diqawmeter variations.
