Application of energy-disperisve x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy in the production of inorganic functional materials

摘要

An experimental unit has been developed for energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis allowing the preliminary selection by the sample emission energy. Possibilities offered by the unit in multicomponent qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis of Ca, Sr, Rb., Bi, Cu oxides as well in the operating zone air pollution monitoring have been studied.
