Recently, I was asked to speak on the subject of "How to Buy Supply Chain Systems." Inter-esting challenge. They gave me only 10 minutes to do it. That's not much time. It's a vast and complicated subject, filled with all sorts of hurdles and booby traps; 10 minutes wouldn't even begin to cover it. The experience of trying led me to an in-teresting realization I'd like to share with you.
