Current-mode Biquadratic Filters using Single CCⅢ and Minimum Number of Passive Elements

Two versions of an analog filter are proposed that can realize current-mode low-pass, band-pass and high-pass characteristics, each time two of them simultaneously. The first version uses a single CCⅢ+ and the second version uses a single CCⅢ- as the active element and both versions employ minimum number of passive elements. Moreover the proposed filters exhibit very low Q sensitivity and show good performance.
