摘要

Sets of sequences with zero correlation zone reduce multiple-interference in approximately synchronized wireless CDMA systems. The publication introduces a new approach to the construction of sets of ternary sequences having zero correlation zones in their odd-periodic and aperiodic (pseudoperiodic) correlation functions. The main advantage of the construction is the very wide range of sizes and of widths of the zero correlation zone. Further, for larger sizes and sequence lengths, the sets approach the theoretical upper bounds for size and for energy efficiency.
