摘要

The importance of software in digital base band as well as analog front-end implementations increases. Functional flexibility and cost-reduction are the main drivers for this development. These items are very important for multi-antenna systems, too. Multi-antenna systems provide the option to enhance the data rates and to improve the overall system performance. Therefore it is important that the transmitter provides high signal accuracy for all different signal branches. Based on a low cost analog front-end in combination with digital, software-based pre-adjustment algorithms, it is possible to guarantee such high output precision. Hence this paper provides a mathematical description, simulation results and hardware-software partitioning of an OFDM-based filter pre-equalizer and IQ sample estimation.
