New Voltage-Mode Biquad Filters Employing Single Current Conveyor

In this study, three new voltage-mode biquad filters configuration are proposed. The first proposed universal filter with single input and three outputs, can simultaneously realize voltage-mode band-pass, high-pass and band-stop filter responses employing single CCI and passive components. The second proposed universal filter with one input and three outputs, also can realize the low-pass, high-pass and band-stop filter response. The third proposed voltage-mode universal filter with one input and two outputs realize band-pass and high-pass filter responses, employing single CCI and passive component. We performed simulations with SPICE simulation programme using 0.35pm Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) CMOS technology. Simulation results are found in close agreement with theoretical results.
