At the end of June Presi dent Obama's economic recovery program was two years old. Let's look at what we can expect when the numbers come in. Consensus forecasts have been overly optimistic of late, but let's assume that the econo mists are right and we get 2Q 2011 real GDP growth of 2%. And let's further assume that the BLS report for June comes in at the average of the April and May reports.
