Development of mealiness in apples under shelf-life conditions

The work reported here evaluates the effect of shelf life conditions (temperature and relative humidity) on the quality and more specifically, the development of mealiness in Jonagold apples. Like the previous paper, it forms part of a large EC funded project on the development of mealiness in fruits, including apples.
