Following an application under Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 (on genetically modified food and feed) to allow ngenetically modified (GM) soybean ‘MON 87701 × MON 89788’ to be used in the EU for food and feed, and to npermit its import and processing, the matter was referred to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) for a nScientific Opinion, now published.
