Rittal, With Branson food processing and food technology Lummer present a hygienic machine concept, with a worldwide patented vibration cutting technology, for the food industry. The modular plant has been developed for frequently repeated cleaning cycles with wash-down applications. Four Rittal Hygienic Design (HD) stainless steel enclosure systems form the basis for the design segments of the new machine. These are themselves connected transversely, with four other HD enclosures, as functional units located at the corners of the machine.
