A class action lawsuit claims vitamin C manufacturers conspired to fix and raise prices. Defendants deny the claims and say that they were compelled to agree on prices by the government of the People's Republic of China. The Court has not yet decided who is right. One Defendant has agreed to settle to avoid the cost and risk of a trial.
