Biscuits roll off the Nutrition & Sante production lines in stacks of four or five units that are then wrapped in packs and inserted into cardboard packaging at high speed. "Broken biscuits are a critical defect. Not only do we want to increase customer perception of the quality of our products, we also want to eliminate the risk of packs being incorrectly sealed due to biscuit bits getting in the way," said Fabien Ployon, production manager at Nutrition & Sante.
