Located in Frame, Somerset, Dairy Crest looked to Busch (UK) Limited's engineers to provide regular service to a range of vacuum pumps, including three Busch R 5 rotary vane products and seven Busch Panda booster pumps on the ring main line, which supplies vacuum to Multivac and Supervac machines. On the Multivac line, Cathedral City is produced as sliced and thick sliced mature and lighter cheese, with the Supervac used for the 2.5 kg and 5 kg deli block line. The majority of these products are sold to leading UK supermarket delicatessen counters, and includes Cathedral City mature and extra mature cheese, as well as Dairy Crest's Davidstow Cheddar cheese range.
