But it's the ancient variety that is growing in popularity because of its health benefits and complex flavors.Quinoa, amaranth, farro, teffand spelt are increasing in case shipments, according to the NPD Group (wwwnpd.com). Case shipments to U.S. foodservice outlets jumped by double digits over 2017, the market research firm says.
