Kecol Pumping Systems, the UK leader in the design and manufacture of piston pumps and pumping systems, has introduced several new solutions. Articulated systems from Kecol Pumping Systems are designed to enable the emptying of four drums mounted on a pallet without needing to remove them from the pallet, negating any potential manual handling issues. This new system is designed to complement other Kecol products such as its Megaprime and Maxiprime twin cylinder pressure priming systems, which are used to empty single vessels from 200l drums right up to 1,200l IBCs, and which can also be adapted for square vessels. Kecol has also recently added a batch weighing system to its range of viscous pumping equipment. The system allows an operator to enter the required weight of a batch of material, press the start button, and the pump will automatically stop when the target weight is reached. Over 20 pre-set weights can be stored within the controller ready to be recalled at the push of a button.
