I am finalising this issue having just returned from a very busy week - attending the biennial Foodex event at the NEC in Birmingham; taking a tour of the Vimto Ross factory; and attending the Food & Drink Engineering Summit, at the MTC in Coventry, which was hosted by the National Skills Academy Food & Drink (NSADF) - I am now buzzing with ideas for features but unfortunately there was not enough time to work on any of these for inclusion in this issue, but hopefully I will be bringing you lots of news and views gleaned from these events in the next few issues.
