Motor Scan from WEG is a sensor that works with its motors - frame sizes from 100 to 450. It measures the vibration and temperature of motors to detect anomalies. The sensor can be retrofitted to motors via a mounting clamp. It tracks vibration and surface temperature as well as running hours, and can provide data on speed, start/stop time, load and efficiency via Bluetooth. The captured data is stored in the cloud and is presented via an App on smart devices. The data can also be accessed on laptops and desktops via a dedicated web portal.
