The Aquabloc can fill 24,000, 36,000 and 48,000 PET bottles per hour in three capacities. Several PET bottle varieties can be produced within each of the capacity classes, from 0.1 to 2 litres. In the stretch blow moulder, infrared radiation is used to heat the preforms. The total heat penetration of all preforms is efficient because the gap between mandrels is only 37.7 mm. Profiles for each type of preform are retrievable from the system at any time.
