The peninsula Aero Club hosted its 'Tyabb on Show' air display at Tyabb, Victoria, Australia, on February 19. With many locally-based aircraft on display, the line-up was nicely complemented by the RAAF Museum Point Cook with its Sopwith Pup replica (VH-PSP) and CAC Winjeel (VH-FTS). In addition, the Temora Aviation Museum turned up with the world's only airworthy example of the Lockheed Hudson A16-112 (VH-KOY) and the collection's CAC Wirraway A20-653 (VH-BFF). Also making the journey was Murray Griffiths's Curtiss P-40N from Wangaratta and adding to the Pacific theatre theme was the Harvard IV-based 'Zero' look-alike (VH-ZRO) which was 'shot down' later in the day, much to the relief of the Hudson and Wirraway crews alike.
