Attending the North Weald celebrations - see Home from Home on page 16 -was prolific Norwegian author Cato Guhnfeldt who has published two of hisrnfive fascinating books devoted to the Spitfire era of 331 and 332 Squadrons. Cato interviewed 63 veterans and has drawn on countless written sources to produce these beautifully designed, painstakingly researched tomes. The first two average 300 pages and 900 illustrations each. Chapter summaries, captions, combat reports, lists of aircraft and personnel are all in English.
