Mustang joins Lone Star fleet

The Lone Star Flight Museum has purchased North American P-51D Mustang 44-73458 (N4151D). Soon after the transaction had been concluded, the dual-control twin-seater was flown to Ezell Aviation in Breckenridge, Texas, for minor maintenance work and a repaint. It will emerge later this spring in the colours of Galveston Gal of the East Wretham, Norfolk, based 370th Fighter Squadron in World War Two, as flown by Galveston native, Raymond Lancaster.
