After an extensive rebuild, Bell Iroquois 66-16301 has returned to the air in Australia. Though the 1966-built machine did not see military service, it was used in a variety of roles, including as a rescue helicopter in the United States. After arriving in Australia, the machine spent some time in storage until being dusted off by Heli Aust, Sydney, and put through a comprehensive restoration programme.
