Neptune to re-surface

The largest exhibit at the Military Aviation Museum in Soesterberg, the Netherlands, is being prepared for a long awaited 'facelift'. Thirty years after it was flown in, Lockheed SP-2H Neptune 201 is to be fully restored, having been kept outside ever since it arrived. It was once operated by 320 Sguadron of the MarineLuchtvaartDienst, the now defunct air arm of the Royal Netherlands Navy, and based at Valkenburg.
