Halifax tribute

Thank you for a long-needed article about the 'forgotten' Halifax Bomber [Spotlight, June issue]. I appreciate that the main article was about its wartime use, however I would like to add to its history. I was one of the many pilots posted in 1948 to 202 Squadron, Coastal Command, at Aldergrove, Northern Ireland, to train as a Meteorological Air Observer.
