Well-known aviation artist Simon Atack has released his latest print Against The Rising Sun, an eye-catching signed print illustrating a dramatic moment in World War Two's Pacific theatre. As several rounds from a US Navy Grumman Wildcat flash into the ocean, the pilot lifts his machine skyward as his prey, a Mitsubishi Ki-67 Hiryu bomber, struggles to stay airborne. Badly damaged and with flames and smoke billowing from its starboard engine, the Japanese aircraft is riddled with bullet holes.
