Cosford team makes progress with Hampden

The Michael Beetham Conservation Centre (MBCC) at the RAF Museum Cosford held the latest of its popular open weeks from November 12 to 17, 2012, and highlighted progress on its restoration of Handley Page Hampden TB.1 P1344. More than 3,000 visitors were able to see the progress that has been made with the Hampden project, along with Vickers Wellington B.X MF628, and Hawker Siddeley Kestrel FGA.1 XS695. A number of Bomber Command veterans with connections to the Wellington and Hampden were among the visitors.
