The Chanute Air Museum in Rantoul, Illinois, which has now closed to the public, has confirmed that McDonnell Douglas F-101B Voodoo 56-0273 will be transferred to Birmingham, Alabama's Southern Museum of Flight. Another large aircraft on the move is Boeing XB-47 Stratojet 46-0066 which has been acquired by the Air Force Flight Test Museum at Edwards AFB, California. Chanute's Curtiss Jenny replica will go to the Indiana Military Museum at Vincennes.
