Someone inquired about the dether-malizer on Paul Gilliam's Civy Boy 66 design. Digging up the 1953 66 plan I noticed there was no indication of how to pop up the huge tail on the model. The Civy Boy 61 article and plan which appeared in the November and December 1953 Model Airplane News showed the usual dowel through the fuselage in front of the stab leading edge with hooks on each side of the rudder which were on top of the stab—but this was not Gilliam's last take on dethermalizers.
