Sometimes the weather is glorious-it's hard to beat New York State in the early Fall-sometimes it's wet-the stories of the great flood are still told-and sometimes the weather is a mix of both. That's what it was like this year at therneighth consecutive Northeast Electric Aircraft Technologies (you know it much better as NEAT) Fair, a mix of both.
