Years ago I met Dave Gierke on the way home from the 1992 Chicopee, Massachusetts AMA Nationals which were held at Westover U.S. Air Force base. My wife, Kathy, and I took in Niagara Falls and a quick call to Dave led to a very nice evening of discussions and small talk about modeling and teaching.
