I have been building foamies for the past several winters but building the Bipe was going to be a first for me since it was designed with an airfoil and what I will call a "3D" fuselage. Instead of a simple foam reinforced sheet, the fuselage is a narrow foam box for excellent rigidity. I found this concept very interesting and was quick to agree to review it. The box arrived and once opened it was obvious that AirfoilZ took great care in the packing of the delicate foam pieces. Each piece was secured so that not even minor movement would cause any damage during shipping. I carefully removed each part from the box and separated them according to the steps of the build. Next, I read the instruction book which I was pleased to find was well written and contained helpful pictures.
