One might ask, "What is the best system/reason/way to go for me?"rnEnter the aftermarket upgrade from Futaba (distributed by Great Planes, PO Box 9021, Champaign, IL 61826), who took the extra time needed to get it right, and then made it available for those of us who like our current radios. The TM-8 FASST module is designed to work with existing 7U, 8U, 9C and 9Z Futaba transmitters still in use. Given that new receivers cost money, and most of us have several quite good and reliable receivers on the traditional 72 MHz, what is one to do?
