Rich Richardson likes WWI era airplanes and the Sopwith Pup is one of his favorites. This veteran ship (at left) is the % scale version from a Balsa USA kit. It is powered by a Zenoah 23 and covered with Solartex. Cockpit details help bring it to life in the air and on the ground. Jack Haynes' Giant Scale Spad XIII (above) was built from his own drawings and was majestic in flight. Powered by a DA-150, the plane is a 45% scale rendition of the full-size airplane.
