Under the heading "touch! Touching welcome" Messrs. KAHLA/Thueringen, Porzellan GmbH (Kah-la), Germany, from 20th to 24th of February, 2004, at the Ambiente 2004 at Frankfurt/Main, Germany, presented a china series with a velvety soft surface design which right away became the fair talk with all china manufacturers at the exhibition. ringen (Germany) enterprise successfully transfers into modern products since 10 years already, is combined with the newest technological developments in "touch!" Based on a concept and on an idea of the design office "speziell produktgestaltung" (special product design) touch! was matured from a technological innovation to production by KAHLA. The three-dimensional surface is available in the colours orange, red and black. And in addition to the sensuous snuggle experience when touching the touch! products, this special surface design offers functional features such as heat insulation and noise reduction. The idea, to equip china with the velvety material was adapted to different KAHLA-series by the designers.
