SPI & Leadership Councils Evolving: FTA Members Show Strong Interest

As I wrote in my June column, at the Orlando Forum, a Strategic Planning Initiative (SPI) survey addressed a number of broad-based questions regarding the comprehensive bank of products and services that the organization provides to its membership. A total of 430 respondents gave us their opinions on SPI and the structure of eight market-specific Leadership Councils that help management direct the present and future activities of the organization. The results of the survey are being used to update the path forward with respect to this vital program and create a new, revitalized infrastructure in order to more effectively develop appropriate value propositions for the membership.
