In November 2020, packaging film manufacturer ABX announced its acquisition of the US flexible packaging converting business of Berry Global. The acquisition means that six Berry flexible packaging plants are now under the ABX umbrella. They include Columbus, GA; Schaumburg, IL; Homer, LA; Macedon, NY; and Milwaukee and Pewaukee, WI.
