The Fleet Management Company Panel Discusses Fleet Industry Challenges

The 2014 I&E presented a new look and a fresh approach to many of the traditional efforts found at the conference, and the Fleet Management Company (FMC) keynote presentation was equally revitalized this year. The executives responsible for leading different functional areas of their companies took to the stage to speak. The information, all key to a fleet's requirements and responsibilities, included the subjects of Finance, Technology, Asset Management, Driver Management, Maintenance, and Customer Service & Quality. Moderator Janice Sutton, Executive Editor of Fleet Management Weekly, led the session featuring David Zuidema, Chief Information Officer for PHH Arval; Brian Wright, Senior Vice President of Products and Services for Donlen; Bob White, Executive Vice President of Fleet Management for ARI; John Toups, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for LeasePlan USA; Christine Steinberg, Vice President of Customer Service Operations for Wheels, Inc.; and Aditya Narain, Chief Financial Officer for GE Capital Fleet Services.
