Auto industry trends are all about taking the next logical step. Many vehicle features we now take for granted -power windows, front air bags-started as options on high-end models, giving the OEMs a chance to test the market and car owners something to brag about. Over time some of these make their way to the standard feature list, and the next new options build on their success.
