A Message From NAFA's New President — Charles Gibbens

As I begin my term as NAFA's new president I'd like to share with you some of my thoughts and hopes for our future. The coming two years will, I am certain, offer challenging goals and stimulating opportunities for all of us in the fleet industry. These opportunities begin with NAFA's new strategic plan which started in earnest with a member survey in March 2004 and asked how well NAFA was meeting your needs. Your input, in part, served as the basis for this new plan that will focus and guide NAFA's efforts for the next several years. Your Board of Governors has developed four goals to be completed on or before 2009.
