Kent's integral approach to firefighter health

From an outsider's perspective I was struck by the similarities in the themes which emerged in the discussions about work experience within and between groups. All groups emphasised operations, indicating the importance of this type of work for people in the Fire Service at all levels; and valuing their work was also shared by people in all groups. For level one and two incident command, remembering bits of certain distressing operations was a common experience.
