Knowledge Exchange for information technology

摘要

Last year saw the launch of the first CFOA Knowledge Exchange, designed to draw together appliance and equipment suppliers in a virtual environment. This year we responded to calls from exhibitors at the CFOA ICT Managers Conference and have launched a second CFOA Knowledge Exchange for IT. We were pleased with the response we had from our existing subscribers and held a user group in early autumn to gather feedback on this new and unique concept. On the day we identified some areas where we could develop and improve the forum as well as discussing the "etiquette" of use in terms of what subscribers are able to use the forum for.
