The judging panel for the inaugural Excellence in Fire and Emergency Awards has been decided and contains high-level representation from across the fire and emergency sector. The panel will comprise of: 1. Sir Ken Knight (former Chief Fire and Rescue Adviser and author of the Knight Review) 2. Paul Fuller (President of the Chief Fire Officers Association) 3. Neil Gibbins (International President of the Institution of Fire Engineers) 4. Andrew Lynch (Editor of FIRE magazine and International Fire Professional) 5.
