The event was hosted by Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority at the Village Hotel in Ashton-Under-Lyne on November 22-23, 2018. The AFSA Awards were also held as part of the event with people and teams from across the country honoured for their work over the past 12 months.
