London firefighters are the latest to wear the gold PBI Titanl260 outer fabric as their first line of defence on the fireground. They will also be protected by PBI fire hoods, which are also part of the national collaborative specification. London Fire Brigade's two fire investigation dogs also have brand new gold tunics to match the firefighters, which will only be worn for fire prevention work in schools, fire station open days and other community events.
