Special Anniversary Issue: Harry C. Bigglestone Award for Excellence in Communication of Fire Protection Concepts: Retrospective

The Bigglestone Award is presented annually to the author(s) of the most outstanding article appearing in Fire Technology during the previous calendar year. Entries include all articles published in a single volume and are judged by the Editorial Board. The award honors excellence in the communication of fire protection concepts and is accompanied by a cash prize of $5000. The award is named for the late Harry C. Bigglestone who was a Trustee of the Fire Protection Research Foundation and a fellow and president of the Society of Fire Protection Engineering.
